Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy with progressive responsibility.
• 5+ years managing teams and building a high-performance culture.
• Adept at elevating strategic thinking across brands and projects.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Proven ability to align campaigns with client goals and KPIs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Strategy & Analytics vision and drive impact across campaigns and client work.
• Develop scalable strategic planning processes aligned with client goals.
• Build relationships with clients across levels and foster team capability.
• Drive innovation and thought leadership as a core asset for the business.
• Present data-driven strategies to high-profile clients and stakeholders.
• Draft strategies and POVs that support client recommendations.
• Foster collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members to meet goals and values.
• Develop internal talent and expand strategic impact across the business.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to push strategy forward.
