Job summary

- Bachelor's degree required; 8–12 years of related experience.
- Experience in medical devices or regulated manufacturing preferred.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies for mechanical assemblies and direct materials.
- Own supplier relationships across Tier 1 and sub-tiers.
- Lead sourcing events, negotiations, contracting, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Finance to ensure supply readiness.
