Dentons US LLP is seeking a Procurement & Strategic Vendor Management (SVM) Manager to lead procurement strategies, vendor management, and contract lifecycle across the Firm. Chicago is preferred, with flexibility for strong candidates elsewhere.

This role partners with vendors to optimize financial and operational performance and reports to the Senior Director, Financial Programs. Responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, negotiating master service agreements, and managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, finance operations, or related field.
• Experience negotiating complex service and technology agreements; familiarity with law firm or professional services environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, lead and execute procurement strategies.
• Lead master service agreements, statements of work, licensing and purchasing contracts.
• Manage vendor lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding; ensure renewals are negotiated.
• Identify opportunities to streamline procurement workflows and improve efficiency.
