Job summary

MìLà is seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to own end-to-end purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and contract-manufactured items. You will negotiate terms, monitor supplier performance, and ensure materials are available at the right time and cost.

You will manage forecasting, inventory, and cost-saving initiatives while coordinating with Finance, Planning, and Operations to align demand with supply and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain leadership.
• Proven track record delivering cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
• Experience managing raw materials, packaging, and contract-manufactured goods.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel is required.
• Mandarin fluency is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement for raw materials, packaging, and contract-manufactured items.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Maintain visibility into demand, supply, and inventory positions.
• Develop supplier scorecards and actively leverage insights in negotiations.
• Create and maintain a rolling 13-week inventory cash forecast.
• Collaborate with Finance, Planning, S&OP, and Operations to mitigate risks.
