Job summary

MiLà is seeking a procurement leader responsible for end-to-end sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and contract-manufactured items. This role owns supplier relationships, pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms, serving as the gatekeeper before any PO is placed.

You will drive demand-driven purchasing decisions, optimize inventory and working capital, and collaborate with Finance, Planning/S&OP, Quality, and Operations to deliver measurable cost savings and supplier performance

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within manufacturing.
Proven ability to own supplier relationships and negotiate terms, MOQs, lead times, and pricing.
Strong planning, inventory, and working capital management skills.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and cross-functional collaboration.
Mandarin fluency is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end procurement for raw materials, packaging, and contract-manufactured items.
Act as final purchasing decision-maker prior to POs.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms; manage supplier performance.
Monitor demand, forecast, and inventory; optimize working capital.
Develop supplier scorecards and drive cost savings.
Collaborate with Finance, Planning/S&OP, QA, and Operations.
