Job summary

MiLà in Sumner, WA seeks a procurement leader to own end-to-end sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and co-manufactured items. You will ensure right materials, at the right time, cost, and quality, serving as the gatekeeper before any PO.

You will negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms, oversee supplier performance, and drive cost savings while aligning with Finance and Planning teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain in food/CPG.
• Experience with raw materials, packaging, and co-manufactured items.
• Proven track record of cost savings and COGS improvements.
• Strong analytical/financial skills (working capital, cash flow).
• Mandarin Chinese fluency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement for raw materials, packaging, and co-manufactured goods.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms.
• Maintain visibility into demand, supply, and inventory positions.
• Validate every purchase with cost, timing, and supplier options.
• Develop supplier scorecards and monitor OTIF, quality, reliability.
