Job summary

Tiger Tracks, a growth-driven agency, seeks a senior Partnerships Leader to own the fund practice and day-to-day relationship management. You will oversee named PE and VC portfolios, run partner one-on-ones, map in-market companies, and design plans to expand share of each fund's holdings.

You will source new partners, qualify referrals, and govern agency relationships inside a simple, scalable program. You will also create demand through CMOs dinners, roundtables, and conference programs,

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in partnerships, channel, alliances or business development.
• Proven ability to build and scale partner or referral programs.
• Strong track record for sourcing, qualifying and closing partner-led pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the fund practice and day-to-day partner management.
• Source new partners and agency referrals to expand the pipeline.
• Design and run demand programs (CMO dinners, roundtables, conferences).
• Keep partner economics simple and governance clear with Finance.
• Manage the single direct report and align with VP on priorities.
