Job summary

Selene Holdings seeks a Client Management Director to lead senior client relationships across mortgage servicing and related services. You will direct executive engagements, drive retention, and align client objectives with Selene’s capabilities and long-term strategy.

The role partners with executive leadership, servicing operations, compliance, underwriting, and business development to deliver best-in-class service and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive client relationship management or mortgage servicing experience.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise client relationships and strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing operations, investor requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• Experience leading executive business reviews with C-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive contact for assigned clients and build long-term partnerships.
• Develop account plans aligned with client objectives and Selene's strategy.
• Lead governance meetings and business reviews to evaluate performance and opportunities.
• Collaborate across servicing, operations, compliance, tech, and finance to deliver service excellence.
• Oversee onboarding and engagement strategies to promote transparency and adoption.
• Lead and develop Client Relationship Managers and other client-facing staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and accurate CRM documentation.
