Job summary

Magnifica Air is launching a brand-new Station Operations Training & Standards department. You will shape this group from the ground up, set the standards, and have the opportunity to select your team.

You will lead the design, delivery, and maintenance of training for Station Operations Agents and Concierges, ensuring programs meet regulatory requirements and align with company standards. This role requires travel, strong public speaking, and the ability to work in Orlando as the department

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of Airport or Customer Service training.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a diverse team.
• At least 2 years as an Airport or Customer Service Agent.
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and curriculum development.
• Strong understanding of FAA regulations, Part 121 operations and FARs.
• Ability to travel and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Public speaking and represent the Training Department positively.
• Willing to work in Orlando and be eligible to work in the United States.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and TSA background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs for Station Operations Agents and Concierges.
• Oversee the Training Team and Instructors, coordinating eLearning, video learning, and other instructional solutions.
• Develop and execute the short- and long-term vision for learning design, compliance, and training execution.
• Partner with Managers and Instructors to ensure consistency across training programs, processes, and products.
• Maintain compliance with FAA, TSA, DOT and other applicable regulations.
