Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation, engineering, or related field.
• FAA A&P Certification.
• 10+ years in Part 121/135 airline maintenance operations, incl. 2+ years in training/leadership.
• Strong knowledge of aviation maintenance practices and regs.
• Airbus A220/A320 experience; startup airline exposure.
• LMS implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, delivery, and administration of training programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness.
• Report to the DOM.
• Develop and update training materials and policies.
