The position oversees 14 locations totaling 315,000 square feet, ensuring regulatory compliance, budget adherence, and timely project execution across academic, administrative, clinical, and research programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; alternative: four additional years of relevant experience or assoc. degree plus two years experience.
• 3–5 years facilities/operations experience, with 2–4 years supervising multidisciplinary staff.
• Experience supervising an administrative department with regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of space and facilities management.
• Oversee 14 locations and 315,000 sq ft supporting academic, administrative, clinical, and research programs.
• Ensure budget compliance and monitor expenditures.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors to meet deadlines and standards.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accrediting-organization standards.
