Job summary

The Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV invites applications for the Professional Development Manager, Faculty Affairs. The role serves as an administrative liaison to the Senior Associate Dean and leads projects delivering training in leadership, teaching skills, and continuing education for faculty, staff, and administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and three years of related experience.
• Two years of experience in program/project management or commensurate additional experience.
• One year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead professional development programs for faculty, staff, and administrators at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine.
• Deliver professional development training focusing on leadership development, teaching skills, organizational effectiveness, personal and organizational growth, and continuing education.
• Support CME-related professional development programming in collaboration with the CME Director and CME Manager; manage the professional development budget within the Office of Faculty Affairs.
• Create evaluation tools, compile evaluation results, and provide leadership with metrics on program quality and outcomes.
