Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Manager of Supply Chain for datacenter compute infrastructure to lead a team responsible for GPU/accelerators, CPUs, storage, and servers. You will define multi-year roadmaps, secure supply, and collaborate with engineering and vendors to optimize cost, quality, and delivery in a fast-paced hyperscale environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in supply chain with compute hardware and 3+ years of people leadership, plus a proven ability to secure supply in constrained markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in supply chain or 12+ years without a degree
• 6+ years global supply chain experience focusing on compute hardware (GPUs, CPUs, storage, servers)
• 3+ years people management
• 3+ years building, leading, and managing sourcing teams

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sourcing team for GPU/accelerators, CPUs, storage, ODM/CM, servers, and racks
• Define commodity strategies and multi-year roadmaps with engineering and platform teams
• Oversee end-to-end sourcing, supplier qualification, multi-sourcing, and performance management
• Orchestrate demand across SpaceXAI companies and align roadmaps with vendors for capacity
• Negotiate major agreements focused on pricing, volume, and delivery reliability
• Manage ODM/CM relationships and drive improvements in server and rack designs
• Monitor supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans for critical compute components
• Drive cost reduction through should-cost modeling and long-term agreements
• Track KPIs and provide updates to senior leadership
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and promote supply chain best practices
