Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Sr. Manager of Supply Chain for Datacenter Compute Infrastructure (Starlink) to lead a team responsible for GPUs, CPUs, storage, ODM/CM relationships, servers, and racks for AI training clusters and compute facilities.

You will define commodity strategies, align roadmaps with engineering and vendors, secure supply, and drive cost, quality, speed, and resilience with a proven leadership track record in hyperscale infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or 14+ years of related experience) in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
8+ years in global supply chain, procurement, or commodity management focused on compute hardware.
4+ years of people management and building sourcing teams.

Responsibilities

Build and mentor a high-performing sourcing team for GPUs, CPUs, storage, ODM/CM, servers, and racks.
Define multi-year roadmaps and commodity strategies with engineering and platform teams.
Oversee end-to-end sourcing, supplier qualification, and performance management to meet aggressive schedules.
Negotiate major agreements focusing on pricing, volume, technology access, and reliable delivery.
Monitor supply risks and implement mitigation plans for critical compute components.
Track KPIs and report updates to senior leadership.
Collaborate across functions to promote best-in-class supply chain practices.
