Flow Engineering is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineering leader in San Francisco to codify our evaluation approach and scale a lightweight SE machine. You will run strategic evaluations, design a repeatable playbook, and hire and ramp a growing SE team across regions.

You will own onboarding, certification, and the handoff from technical win to deployment with the Head of Sales, shaping how we win and scale in enterprise deals.

Qualifications

• Led a solutions engineering or solutions architecture team of roughly 4 to 10 people while still engaging in deals.
• Built onboarding programs, eval frameworks, or demo environments from scratch, ideally at a company generating eight figures of ARR.
• Hired SEs against a defined bar and can discuss mis-hires honestly.
• Credible with engineers; able to hire and evaluate SEs; experience selling into hardware, manufacturing, CAD/PLM/simulation, or embedded software; engineering background helpful.

Responsabilités

• Personally run technical evaluations on our most important deals.
• Codify the SE playbook: trial plans, workshop formats, demo environments, competitive positioning against legacy requirements tools.
• Define the SE hiring profile and hire SEs.
• Build onboarding and certification so a new SE is running evals independently within their first quarter.
• Design the technical-win-to-deployment handoff with the Head of Sales.
