About the Role

The Head of Fintech Solution Consulting will lead a high-performing team responsible for all new and existing business within the Fintech segment. This leader acts as the primary technical authority across complex sales cycles, integrations, POCs, and enterprise-scale deployments, ensuring best-in-class execution and long-term client success. You will own the strategy, performance, and operational rigor of the Solution Consulting function—coaching world‑class ICs, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data Science, and shaping the technical roadmap based on client needs and competitive intelligence. This individual must be exceptional at leadership, cross‑functional influence, and communicating technical value to both senior business leaders and deeply technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical vision and operational strategy for the Fintech Solution Consulting organization
• Lead and develop a team of senior Solutions professionals across the entire customer development lifecycle
• Drive high‑impact technical engagements—including architecture design, POCs, enterprise implementations, and post‑launch optimization
• Conduct After Action Reviews and implement scalable best practices across instrumentation, technical standards, and team methodology
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership to align on short‐ and long‑term GTM and technical priorities
• Support the largest and most strategic Fintech accounts, ensuring technical excellence, repeatable execution, and measurable customer outcomes
• Translate raw data and client signals into actionable insights that improve platform adoption and performance
• Coordinate resources across multiple functions to de‑risk delivery and accelerate customer time‑to‑value
• Serve as the funnel for product enhancement requests and help shape platform evolution

Qualifications

• 12+ years in solution consulting, solution design, technical consulting, product management, or similar roles
• Deep experience supporting financial services, fintech, payments, risk decisioning, identity verification, or fraud prevention
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and operational models within Fintech
• Proven success leading customer‑facing technical teams at enterprise scale
• Experience driving complex integrations—some workflows may implement quickly, but multi‑workflow identity programs can extend 4+ weeks, requiring structured technical leadership
• Strong technical acumen across risk systems, compliance frameworks, and data/analytics tooling
• Exceptional communication skills; able to simplify complex solutions for executives, product teams, and engineers
• Ability to lead high‑stakes workshops, solution mapping sessions, and technical/business presentations
