Job summary

Samsung C&T Renewables America seeks a Director of Project Management to lead a large-scale construction portfolio across North America. You will establish execution frameworks, mentor PMs, and own risk, commercial structuring, and EPC negotiations to deliver assets safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities include standardizing processes, optimizing resource allocation, coordinating with Finance, Legal, and Utilities, and maintaining strict CPM schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business (MBA preferred).
• 12–15 years in project management/construction leadership; 5+ years in supervisory role.
• 7+ years directing utility-scale Solar (PV) and BESS projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor PM team of Project Managers and field staff.
• Establish standardized PM processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for NA portfolio.
• Allocate resources dynamically across the pipeline to match timelines.
• Escalate critical risks, disputes, and schedule recovery plans.
• Oversee LNTP and EPCA drafting, structuring, and negotiations.
• Drive EPCA negotiations and manage contractual milestones and exposure.
• Ensure interconnection, permit compliance, and CPM schedule integrity.
