Samsung C&T Renewables America, based in Houston, seeks an Associate Construction Project Manager to bridge late-stage development and operations for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.

You will assist in EPC contract administration, track field execution metrics, manage documentation, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, with a path toward full PM responsibility.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of project management, project engineering, or coordination experience in utility-scale power generation or heavy industrial construction.
• 1–2 years of experience in utility-scale Solar (PV) or BESS construction environments.

Mansioni

• Assist Project Manager in tracking LNTP and EPCA deliverables.
• Coordinate technical exhibits, permit conditions, and interconnection requirements for contract attachments.
• Organize and track change orders, RFIs, submittals, and potential claims.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and engineering to keep contract docs compliant.
• Log and follow up on contractor compliance items and milestones.
• Review QA/QC docs for alignment with design specs.
• Maintain central project document control for drawings and records.
• Review baseline CPM schedules and monitor progress; flag bottlenecks.
