Blue Origin seeks a senior leader to head Software and Hardware Configuration Management for Lunar Permanence programs. You will lead a team, hire and mentor staff, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, software QA, and SMA to embed configuration management throughout lifecycle.

You will drive CM policy, manage program-level plans, ensure DO-178C/DO-254 compliance, and support milestone reviews with rigorous traceability and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or related STEM field with 8+ years aerospace or related industry experience.
• 5+ years leading technical teams with career management responsibilities.
• Hands-on CM experience in aerospace-like environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Software and Hardware Configuration and Data Management engineers and analysts.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor a team; embody and coach leadership principles.
• Embed CM best practices across program activities and cross-functional teams.
