Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Principal, Software License and Compliance to lead the enterprise SAM program, licensing strategy, and compliance across the organization. This role reports to the Vice President of Asset Management Services and partners with IT, Legal, and Finance to safeguard the company and optimize software investments.

You will drive governance, oversee tools like Snow, Flexera, and ServiceNow, manage audits and vendor negotiations, and mentor a high‑performing SAM team while promoting

• Experience with audits and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level reporting on software expenditure and risk.
