Responsibilities

• Provides direct leadership for a team of developers designing and developing new products and updates.
• Defines and executes the technical strategy for software applications and evaluates technologies.
• Manages product delivery roadmap, sprints, and SDLC.
• Monitors and optimizes application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and budgets across projects.
• Communicates status and escalates issues to managers and partners.
• Manages relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers.
