Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in social media, digital content, or short-form video production with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing social media strategies that drive growth, engagement, and viewership.
• Deep understanding of YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram and their algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience managing full content production from ideation to publishing.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall content strategy for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels, Posts, and Stories.
• Identify trends and translate them into platform-specific content.
• Oversee ideation, scripting, filming, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.
• Build and manage a team of employees, interns, and contractors for research, writing, filming, and editing.
• Set priorities, production schedules, and performance goals across platforms.
• Analyze content performance and use data to improve strategy and execution.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and contractor utilization.
• Collaborate with Brand Partnerships to deliver sponsored content that meets requirements and deadlines.
• Identify bottlenecks and communicate challenges and solutions to leadership.
