Juniper Square is seeking a senior social leader to own our social presence end-to-end—from strategy and content operations to employer brand. You’ll sculpt the LinkedIn voice, direct creative, and translate launches into social-first content that drives engagement and scale.

The role combines AI-enabled workflows with creative rigor to build processes that compound over time. The ideal candidate will craft platform-native content, manage the publishing stack, and partner with Creative and HR

Formación

• 5–7 years of social-first experience in B2B tech, fintech, or SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute platform-specific strategies from scratch across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, etc.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a track record of developing a distinct, consistent brand voice on social.
• Experience with employee amplification, employer brand programs, or internal social toolkits.
• Data-driven mindset: you track performance, draw real conclusions, and iterate from them.
• AI fluency: you’re already using AI tools and automation to work faster and smarter — not just experimenting, but building workflows and processes that create real leverage.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable in a fast-moving environment where strategy and execution run in parallel.

Responsabilidades

• Own social strategy and day-to-day execution across LinkedIn and future channels.
• Manage the social calendar and publishing stack; own the end-to-end production workflow from brief to live.
• Write and edit social copy across platforms; stay close to platform shifts and translate them into native creative opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Creative team on social-ready assets and video cuts; define “social-native” for each platform.
• Support JSQ’s employer brand social presence; build and grow the employee amplification program; create social toolkits.
• Design and operate AI workflows; turn long-form content into platform-specific assets at scale; apply automation where it adds leverage.
• Monitor performance across engagement, reach, follower growth, and brand impact; use data to evolve strategy.
