You will drive revenue growth, optimize machine configurations, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in slot operations with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Knowledge of casino rules, procedures, and regulations for Slot Department.
• Proven track record managing large teams in high-volume gaming.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Slot Operations and Slot Performance.
• Develop strategic plans to maximize slot revenue and guest engagement.
• Oversee performance analysis of slot machines and systems.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on new slot products and promotions.
• Direct hiring, training, and performance management for the department.
