Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 11+ years of combined education and/or work experience, incl. 4+ years in engineering/architecture and 5+ years in leadership.
Proven leadership delivering enterprise SRE, reliability engineering, or production engineering capabilities.
Experience establishing governance for SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, observability, and release readiness.
Experience leading SDLC reliability, operational readiness, and instrumentation standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the Site Reliability Engineering Center of Excellence and Forward Deployed SRE programs.
Define enterprise SRE standards, governance, maturity models, and service offerings.
Oversee adoption of reliability practices across application development, infrastructure, and cloud engineering.
Manage staffing, budgets, vendor relationships, and program delivery across multiple domains.
Report reliability outcomes and progress to senior leadership.
