Job summary

Applied Intuition in Ann Arbor seeks simulation engineers to design elegant solutions for autonomy and mobility. You will develop VehicleSim and ADP based applications, model data, and gather user feedback to influence product direction.

You will own technical decisions, work with customers remotely and onsite, provide support, document software, and test new versions while collaborating with a cross‑functional team.

Qualifications

• MS in Mechanical Engineering or BS with relevant industry experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience with simulation software such as CarSim, Simulink, CarMaker, Adams, or similar.
• Experience evaluating vehicle dynamics and ADAS at the system level.
• Familiarity with AI tooling to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Develop new simulations and applications for automotive customers.
• Collaborate with customers to provide technical support and collect data for new features.
• Create thorough documentation for software applications.
• Test and provide feedback for new software versions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver remote and onsite training.
