Job summary

Windstar Cruises is seeking a senior Manager of Onboard Operations to lead hotel operations across our fleet, driving efficiency and guest satisfaction. You will oversee housekeeping, guest services, administration and inventory, while championing SOPs and innovative digital solutions onboard.

The role demands strategic leadership, budgeting expertise and a track record of delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in hotel/operations within cruise or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent budgeting, forecasting and financial oversight of hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Housekeeping, Administration, Guest Services and Inventory to align with guest satisfaction goals.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to onboard teams and corporate equivalents.
• Develop and implement SOPs, initiatives and process improvements for onboard departments.
• Drive revenue optimization, cost control and reporting across hotel operations.
• Own digital guest experience platforms and onboard MXP/POS/ITV systems.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure budgeting and auditing standards across voyages.
