Job summary

SKAN is seeking an unifying Head of Service and Sales for Pure Solutions in Switzerland. You will lead the national service and sales teams, drive P&L responsibility for the division, and shape its strategic direction together with the Group Executive Board.

You will plan resources and budgets, foster an innovative culture, and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders. Fluent German and English are required; a university degree plus several years in life sciences markets is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires several years’ experience in the Swiss laboratory, pharmaceutical or medtech market.
• Strong leadership and ability to shape strategy and direction.
• Experience in business management, sales or business development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Management and P&L responsibility for the Pure Solutions division.
• Active involvement in shaping the division’s strategy and future direction.
• Resource and budget planning for the division.
