Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of experience in the provision of human service or education programs.
• Two (2) years of the General Experience must have been in a supervisory or managerial capacity with primary responsibility for planning, developing or coordinating services or programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage program and staff development activities of the department.
• Develop budgets and oversee funding for major unit.
• Coordinate, plan and manage unit activities.
• Lead recruitment and hiring of staff.
• Develop and monitor program goals, objectives and policy.
• Oversee resource management and fiscal operations within the North Region.
