Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in San Jose is seeking an NPI Product Supply Chain Program Manager for the Cisco Silicon One products. You will own end-to-end supply chain for a product family, driving readiness, demand-to-delivery execution, and customer-focused planning.

You will manage materials, scheduling, and internal customer coordination with manufacturing engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and seamless fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply planning or supply chain management within the semiconductor industry.
• Experience with BOM structures, manufacturing routing processes, and product configurations.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced planning tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead production readiness from concept to production release with core checklists.
• Translate demand into resource requirements, including materials and capacity.
• Manage supply allocation, SSDs for new orders and revisions.
• Analyze system lead times and yields, communicate updates weekly.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and translate demand to resources.
• Oversee procurement of materials and PO timing against schedules.
• Issue assembly build instructions and manage loading schedules and testing.
• Create weekly loading plans and monitor fulfillment for on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 6-month ship plan.
