Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Sr. Security Engineering Manager for the Customer Service Security team. You will lead a two-pizza team, designing and operating security solutions across device firmware to cloud-scale data processing, driving risks to zero.

You will partner with development and operations to embed security by design, participate in long-range planning, and communicate risk to executives while enabling Customer Service to move fast and securely.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on security engineering experience.
10+ years of risk assessment and enabling security decisions.
10+ years of team management and coaching experience.
10+ years of communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Experience with hands-on security engineering.

Responsibilities

Manage a two-pizza team of engineers and grow their careers.
Identify risks across the technology stack and drive resolution.
Serve as the primary security voice in product development and deployment.
