Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior product leader to own the Security Automation portfolio within Enterprise Information Security. You will partner with the Lead Director to define strategy, drive adoption, and manage a team of PMs focused on internal security products and automation.

You will lead discovery with security practitioners, define outcomes, and ensure the portfolio delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, risk reduction, and user adoption across CVS Health colleagues.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology roles with software product management
• 4+ years leading product managers, including coaching and career development
• Experience in a commercial software or SaaS organization preferred
• Ownership of product strategy and multi-year roadmaps for software products
• Strong product discovery practices with direct user research and workflow analysis
• Ability to define, instrument, and report on adoption, usage, and outcomes

Responsibilities

• Owns product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for Security Automation portfolio
• Leads and develops the product management team with coaching focus
• Manages product discovery through direct user engagement and workflow analysis
• Owns adoption, launch, enablement, documentation, and ongoing usage metrics
• Defines outcome measures and tracks baselines, adoption, and risk reduction
• Collaborates with engineering on requirements, user stories, and release planning
• Partners on build-vs-buy decisions and total cost of ownership
• Communicates roadmap and outcomes to executives and stakeholders
