Job summary

Reacher is hiring a Head of Sales to own sales operations and the AE team for a fast-growing, AI-powered TikTok Shop affiliate platform. You will set territories, establish visible quotas, and implement the operating system that founders currently cover.

This senior role requires hands-on leadership, process discipline, and the ability to scale across the US, Canada, and other English-speaking markets. Remote-friendly with US preference.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Head of Sales or VP of Sales at a growth-stage company.
• Track record setting territories, quota tracking, and sales processes.
• Experience managing AEs and creating accountability without closing every deal.
• Comfort with startup environment and doing the ops work initially.
• Clear communication with bias toward simple systems and visible numbers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the AE team with coaching and day-to-day accountability.
• Set territories and keep quota and attainment visible.
• Build and run sales processes: pipeline hygiene, forecasting, reporting, and regular ops cadences.
• Hold the team to outreach volume, conversion, and quota.
• Work with founders so AEs keep selling while you own the operating system around them.
• Hire and ramp AEs as we grow across the US, Canada, and other English-speaking markets.
