Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end sales compensation processes in Santa Clara, CA.

You will lead a team and partner with Sales Operations, HR, Payroll, and Accounting to ensure accurate, timely payments and strong data integrity, while applying SOX controls. The role emphasizes AI-enabled automation, dashboards, and predictive models to forecast expenses and improve plan effectiveness, with collaboration and scalable processes in a high-tech, B2B SaaS

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or accounting operations.
• Experience managing compensation systems (SAP Callidus, Xactly, or similar).
• Demonstrated ownership of SOX/business controls.
• Experience leading a team and balancing hands-on work with people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual sales compensation payroll process.
• Manage the SAP Callidus Commissions system, including setup and rollout of changes.
• Lead the Sales Compensation team in plan administration and data management.
• Partner with sales leadership to design compensation plans aligned with GTM strategy and financial objectives.
