Senitor are thrilled to be working with an exciting and rapidly growing SaaS company that’s making waves in the manufacturing tech space, who are hiring a Head of Sales (CRO level) to help drive the business to the next level. Background in manufacturing tech, CAD/PLM & PLM essential.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a hardworking, ambitious sales leader with a technical background to build a high-performing team, shape strategy, and directly impact growth.

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Sales who can:

  • Own and execute the overall sales strategy
  • Build out the sales function and lead all commercial activities
  • Grow and manage a top-tier sales team from the ground up
  • Work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams (marketing, presales, technical)
  • Convert inbound leads into revenue
  • Develop pricing, partner channels, and go-to-market strategy
  • Focus on US and English-speaking markets, laying the foundation for global expansion

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in manufacturing tech, CAD/PLM & PLM essential.
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams
  • Strong grasp of technical sales and selling to engineers
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking
  • Someone self-driven, entrepreneurial, and up for a challenge
  • Experience with pricing models and partner programs is a bonus
  • Must be comfortable in a remote startup environment
