The Standard Hotel is seeking a seasoned operational leader to oversee the front office, guest services, housekeeping, and guest relations across day-to-day hotel operations. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, staff development, and adherence to strategic objectives in a boutique, lifestyle setting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in rooms management, strong leadership, and a track record of maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years rooms management experience, preferably in boutique/lifestyle hotel sector.
• High volume hotel operations experience.
• Proven track record in managing multiple departments and teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the front office, concierge, bell, guest services and guest relations in daily operations.
• Develop and maintain Rooms staff structure; recruit, train, discipline and reward employees.
• Lead, motivate and empower staff to deliver operational best practice and guest satisfaction.
• Be visible daily, engage with guests and clients, and ensure safety and reporting controls.
• Influence hotel strategy through regular communication with the Managing Director.
