Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hotel Rooms leadership experience.
• Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all Rooms Division operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Night Audit).
• Develop and execute short- and long-term plans to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, labor costs, and inventory controls to achieve profitability.
• Lead service recovery efforts and ensure brand service standards across departments.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers to foster accountability and engagement.
