Job summary

Hotel Daphne, a project from Bunkhouse Hotels, seeks a Director of Rooms to lead all Rooms Division operations in Houston. You will collaborate with the operations team to drive exceptional guest experiences, maximize room revenue and occupancy, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hotel Rooms leadership experience.
• Proven leadership with ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all Rooms Division operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Night Audit.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term operational plans to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and labor costs to achieve profitability goals.
• Monitor occupancy trends and guest feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead service quality initiatives and ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.
