Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in risk management, strong data and analytics skills, and a track record of delivering measurable improvements in risk reporting and operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, risk operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing executive or Board-level risk reporting.
• Ability to translate risk and business requirements into practical workflows and controls.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise Risk Appetite Program governance and reporting.
• Lead process improvement initiatives with structured problem-solving.
• Define current and future-state workflows with clear ownership and controls.
• Develop risk dashboards and reporting for executives and committees.
