Job summary

Coalition, Inc. seeks an experienced underwriter to drive profitable business from a broker network and partner with our Sales organization. You will underwrite and manage products across Coalition's portfolio, including the enterprise sector, while serving as a trusted partner to brokers and customers.

This remote role is based in the Northeast (prefer NYC, Boston or Philly) with regular travel for broker relationships, client meetings and market development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underwriting or related experience in cyber/technology risk for large enterprise business (~$1B+ revenue).
• Ability to analyze underwriting and pricing risks independently and decide within authority.
• Ability to explain decisions and rationale confidently to brokers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and renewal accounts within authority for enterprise segment.
• Build and deepen relationships with cyber specialists and brokers.
• Maintain disciplined underwriting files and internal tool usage.
• Participate in broker and client meetings and present underwriting rationale.
• Partner with security and other stakeholders on underwriting decisions.
• Contribute feedback on guidelines, tools and processes to scale production underwriting.
• Travel regularly for broker relationships and client meetings.
