Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Head of Revenue Technology to own the systems, workflows, and processes powering our revenue organization across Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management. You will lead a transformative, AI-first rev stack in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will build and scale a tenured team of admins, engineers, and architects, partnering with senior leaders to move quickly from problem to solution while maintaining strong governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in revenue systems or GTM architectures in B2B.
• 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience at a product-led company with a revenue motion.
• End-to-end ownership from data ingestion to solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI in GTM systems.
• Salesforce fluency is helpful but not required.
• Proven change leadership and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for revenue systems, workflows, and processes across Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management.
• Ship solutions quickly; iterate in weeks, not quarters.
• Rebuild our revenue stack AI-first, including automation and workflows.
• Be a hands-on builder, shaping solutions with your team.
• Translate business needs into architecture to drive impact.
• Lead and grow a tenured team of admins, engineers, and architects.
• Deliver value on imperfect foundations and improve them over time.
• Develop stakeholder and partner relationships to build consensus.
