Qualifications

• 8+ years in Retention, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
• Experience scaling a DTC consumer brand beyond $100M in annual revenue.
• Deep expertise with Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge, Attentive (or Postscript), loyalty platforms, GA4, Tableau/Looker, and modern BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Customer Lifetime Value and revenue per customer across multiple channels.
• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies (email, SMS, push, in-app) with measurable ROI.
• Lead the Retention organization, including team leadership, agencies, and cross‑functional partnerships.
