Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in banking or related fields with at least 5 years of leadership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven success leading customer segmentation and growth initiatives.
