Job summary

Ted's Montana Grill is seeking a Director of Training to own and elevate our training function across the restaurant portfolio. This hands-on role partners with Operations, HR and senior leaders to identify needs and translate them into practical, usable training solutions.

You'll own the Manager-in-Training program, work closely with Training Restaurants, and continuously improve tools to keep training relevant and effective in the field.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive restaurant operations experience.
• Experience designing practical training programs for managers and staff.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the company-wide training function.
• Develop and run the Manager-in-Training program.
• Create and improve training tools for Managers, FOH and BOH.
• Manage training budget and ensure compliance with standards.
