Qualifikationen

• Must complete pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with endorsements and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human service or business-related field preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Creates and maintains a positive, learning, supportive environment for employees and individuals.
• Supports training, documentation of all training, support and behavior programs as required by the individual's plan and regulatory agencies.
• Ensures employee compliance of policies and procedures through monitoring and training.
• Provides constructive feedback to employees through mentoring and role modeling.
• Manages budgets at the direction of the Area Director with accurate revenue and expense documentation.
• Assists in recruitment, orientation, supervision, monitoring, training, and evaluation of direct reports.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) required for direct care of adults and children.
• Communicates with staff and others regarding medical care, supports, and services.
