Qualifications

• Successful completion of required pre‑employment background and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with all necessary endorsements and minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• At least one year of experience working in the human services field (preferred).
• At least one year of supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify and report any suspected abuse or violations of an individual’s rights.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well‑being of individuals are protected.
• Supervise and maintain a positive team of well-trained employees.
• Provide training and constructive feedback to employees.
• Implement therapy, training, and behavior programs.
• Monitor ongoing compliance with agency directives.
• Ensure homes, outside areas, and vehicles are well maintained.
• Communicate regarding medical care and supports.
