Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with endorsements and have 3 years of driving experience.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent if required by work location.
• Minimum one year of experience in the human service field if required by work location.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residential Program Director in supervising individuals per their plans.
• Ensure training, behavior and support programs are implemented and documented.
• Protect health, safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Provide a positive environment that promotes independence and choice.
• Assist with scheduling staff, doctors’ appointments, vehicle maintenance and shopping.
• Monitor ongoing compliance with agency directives, licensing standards and policies.
• Keep homes, outside areas and vehicles well maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
