Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers in Lake Worth, FL seeks an experienced Director of Operations to lead non-clinical departments and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. You will oversee staffing, compliance, and daily operations to support inpatient behavioral health and substance use treatment programs.

Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to enhance patient care, safety, and performance metrics while ensuring regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a management or supervisory role in healthcare.
• Experience in addiction treatment or mental health care preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Joint Commission standards, and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for non-clinical departments to ensure consistent operations.
• Coordinate daily admissions, discharges, and patient movement in collaboration with clinical teams.
• Supervise and develop non-clinical staff; manage staffing and performance.
• Ensure patient safety, engagement, and continuity of care through effective workflows.
• Prepare operational reports and support quality improvement and accreditation readiness.
