Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience in food service.
• Requires at least 1-3 years of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client rapport.
• Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service per Aramark standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams, including recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management.
