Job summary

Archer in San Jose, CA is seeking a Director of Real Estate Operations to lead the real estate portfolio for workspace, labs, manufacturing, and vertiport assets. You will drive cost and space efficiencies, coordinate transactions, and report at the executive level.

You will partner with senior leadership to shape Archer's real estate strategy across the existing business and future vertiport networks, delivering dashboards and insights to support decision-making and performance management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management, facilities management and corporate development.
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Confidence in presenting to executive management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in schedule management tools, financial modeling software and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Real estate portfolio optimization across workspace, lab, manufacturing and vertiport assets to drive annual cost and space efficiencies.
• Coordinate real estate transactions from initiation to close with stakeholders.
• Define inorganic strategic themes and develop business cases and valuations.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Construction, Security, Legal, and Finance for portfolio management and KPIs.
• Document and improve real estate transaction processes and systems.
• Assess and implement real estate software and AI-based solutions.
• Develop unique real estate insights and executive dashboards.
